Growth through innovation and acquisition

From its inception in 2004, Firstcom Europe has had a clear strategy of integrating business facing companies throughout Europe with cloud technology. Our proprietary platform which delivers voice over IP and cloud services gives us a competitive edge as a service provider.

The past five years have seen us close eight acquisitions. Each acquisition has allowed us to increase our geographical reach and add complementary products and management skills to strengthen our portfolio.

Acquisition of Telesis

Firstcom Europe aquires Bolton based communications firm Telesis.

Acquisition of Difference Corparation

Firstcom Europe aquires Wales based contact center and communications firm Difference Corparation.

Cisco Partnership

Certification of Cisco IP End Points enabling European wide Cisco resellers to position the Universe platform.

Unified Communications

Hosted Unified Communication platform released for sale in the UK.

Joint Acquisition of Teleforte
